Terry "Smiley" Wiley passed away Friday, January 15, 2010 at Sutter Amador Hospital in Jackson at the age of 53 years. He was born February 7, 1956 to Elmer and Betty (Minton) Wiley in Martinez, CA. Friends are invited to attend a birthday celebration of life on Sunday, February 7, 2010, please save the date. Contact the family for the time and place.
