Born October 8, 1924 in Santuario, Colombia South America. Neffer died peacefully at her home in Mountain Ranch from natural causes on July 20, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband Arsenio Castiblanco in 2005, and son-in-law Ozzie Castro in 2006. She leaves behind her beloved daughter Betty A. Castro, Owner & Operator of Travel Professionals and Neptune Adventures in Jackson, two grandchildren, Lisa LeBoeuf and Ozzie Lee Castro, 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild, and her sister in Colombia South America, Esther Ramirez-Gomez. Services will take place Saturday July 31,2010 at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Latter Day Saints in Murphys, California.
